BASE Metal OÜ offers the following services to its customers:

1. An analysis of any metal, catalytic converter or paint within 15 minutes!
The portable analyzer makes it possible to quickly carry out an analysis both in our premises and at the client’s location.
We provide the customer with a certificate and a sample. This allows you to check the correctness of our tests in any European laboratory at any time.

2. Extraction of catalytic converters from their cases.
The capacity of our equipment is up to 150 pieces per hour and this service is free of charge to our loyal customers. It is no longer necessary to bother yourself with the question about the mass of the ceramics in the shell.

3. Crushing of catalytic converters.
Two powerful crushing mills process up to 300 kg of catalytic converter ceramics per hour, which means 1600 kg per one working day!
For instance, you to bring us 100 catalytic converters for recycling. We spend 1 hour to extract them, then 1 hour to crush them and, finally, half an hour to carry out the analysis. The customer is present during all of the stages.
Having done the analysis we will pay the customer 80-85% of the price at the London Stock Exchange. The whole procedure takes about 2,5 hours and then the money is transferred to your account!
If you have any questions or doubts, you can observe the recycling process through 8 video cameras.  
If for any reason the customer needs to go away for a while, it is possible to seal the crushing equipment or the entire processing facility for the time of the customer’s absence.

4. Personal approach to every customer.
