Delivery
The EMP.ee online shop is still working as usual.
Due to the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, there may be delays in the delivery of ordered products.
We also kindly ask you to choose the non-contact method of receiving your goods via parcel delivery. Postal delivery and courier services are temporarily unavailable.
1. When purchasing goods from the online shop emp.ee, the buyer can choose the delivery method - the delivery service.
2. Delivery service:
2.1 If the buyer chooses the delivery service, he undertakes to provide the exact delivery address.
2.2 The Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the goods himself. If the buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself, but the delivery of the goods is based on the address and other information provided by the buyer, the buyer has no right to complain to the seller that the goods have been delivered to the wrong person.
2.3 The goods may be delivered by the seller himself or by his authorised representative.
2.4 The delivery charge is calculated according to the delivery address, the weight and the size of the goods.
2.5. The delivery charge for delivery of goods via Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals is 3,50 € per order.
The delivery charge for delivery via Omniva parcel terminals is €3.20 per order.
Delivery charge via DPD Pickup points - €2.60 per order.
The delivery charge via DPD courier service in Estonia is 5,90 € for items up to 3 kg.
2.6 The Seller reserves the right to change the delivery charge.
3. The delivery date of the goods shall be stated in the description of the goods.
4. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must inspect the goods and sign the purchase invoice. The Purchaser must check and verify the goods and, upon signing the purchase invoice, the Purchaser must accept and verify the purchase invoice, and any claims shall be subject to the terms of the guarantee or to the statutory 14-day right of return.
On receipt, upon discovery of damaged packaging, the consignment must be left at the parcel machine and notified by e-mail to info@emp.ee within two working days at the latest.
