14 day return policy
The Buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To make a purchase return, the Buyer must send a free-form statement to e-mail: email@example.com or bring the paper-based statement to the nearest point of delivery. At the same time, you need to return the goods to the Seller.
The buyer agrees to reimburse transport costs for the delivery and return of the goods (clause 8.4.8, General conditions), unless the goods to be returned do not correspond to the ordered or have factory defects.
When returning the goods, the Seller incurs losses (working hours, correspondence with the main warehouse, sending evidence base, repacking and sending goods). For the above reasons, the Seller charges the Buyer a fee for the service of processing the return of goods, in accordance with paragraph 4 of the General Conditions.
The buyer is responsible for the condition of the goods. In case of deterioration in the quality of the goods or the appearance of signs of operation (scratches, removal of protective films, the appearance of dust or moisture, etc.), the price is recalculated or the right of a 14-day return is refused.
The 14-day right of return does not apply to medical and hygiene products, as well as goods that were made to individual order.
Audio and video media (music, movies, games and software) are not accepted back if the packaging is opened.
The 14 days right to return does not apply to goods purchased on credit.
